From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Simon Glass Date: Tue, 7 Jul 2020 19:34:27 -0600 Subject: [PATCH v4 07/25] x86: mp_init: Set up the CPU numbers at the start In-Reply-To: <20200708013446.2600256-1-sjg@chromium.org> References: <20200708013446.2600256-1-sjg@chromium.org> Message-ID: <20200708013446.2600256-8-sjg@chromium.org> List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: u-boot@lists.denx.de At present each CPU is given a number when it starts itself up. While this saves a tiny amount of time by doing the device-tree read in parallel, it is confusing that the numbering happens on the fly. Move this code into mp_init() and do it at the start.
