The patch titled
     Subject: tools/: replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     tools-replace-http-links-with-https-ones.patch

This patch should soon appear at

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.
