Subject: [PATCH 1/2] watchdog: Hide WATCHDOG_RESET_DISABLE

This option is only supported by the IMX watchdog and seems to be
similar to CONFIG_WATCHDOG.

Move it below the IMX watchdog and make it dependent on IMX_WATCHDOG.
