Turn 'native' properties flags on for:

 - dpaa2
 - mvneta
 - mvpp2
 - qede
 - sfc
 - netsec
 - cpsw
 - xen
 - virtio_net.

Turn 'basic' (tx, pass, aborted and drop) properties flags on for:
 - netronome
 - ena
 - mlx4.
