Hi Michael,

There are a few cases that I didn't add,
because I don't know what you would do.
Those are cases inside lists.
You can run the command below
and will see a few remaining cases:

Please rewrite the subject line :-).

For stuff like this, where it's a global edit,
you can just write "Various pages: ..."

Next, the part after the ":" should be an English-language
phrase saying what is being fixed. And the body of the mail
elaborate on that phrase.

Including the "sed" magic in the commit message is fine,
but let's have some English fitsrst :-).
