The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS/.mailmap: use my @kernel.org address
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-mailmap-use-my-kernelorg-address.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
