Looking harder, there is: AT91_GPIO, DA8XX_GPIO, IPROC_GPIO, MXC_GPIO, MXS_GPIO, OMAP_GPIO, CMD_PCA953X, SUNXI_GPIO, CMD_TCA642X, GPIO_UNIPHIER in terms of GPIO drivers that do not spell out a dependency on DM/DM_GPIO.
