The patch titled
     Subject: mm/filemap: minor coding style tweaks
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-filemap-minor-coding-style-tweaks.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-mempool-minor-coding-style-tweaks.patch
