The patch titled
Subject: mm: page_vma_mapped_walk(): get vma_address_end() earlier
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     mm-page_vma_mapped_walk-get-vma_address_end-earlier.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-page_vma_mapped_walk-get-vma_address_end-earlier.patch
and later at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-page_vma_mapped_walk-get-vma_address_end-earlier.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a

Subject: mm: page_vma_mapped_walk(): get vma_address_end() earlier

page_vma_mapped_walk() cleanup: get THP's vma_address_end() at the start,
rather than later at next_pte. It's a little unnecessary overhead on the
first call, but makes for a simpler loop in the following commit.
