Support AVF RSS for inner most header of GTPoGRE packet. It supports
RSS based on inner most IP src + dst address and TCP/UDP src + dst
port.

Support AVF RSS for inner most header of GTPoGRE packet. It supports
RSS based on inner most IP src + dst address and TCP/UDP src + dst
port.
