v1->v2:
1. Write a new test for fork07, which checks that all children inherit parent's file descriptor.
* Parent writes N bytes (for example 'a') to a file in setup()
* Parent opens a file descriptor for reading pointing to that file
* Parent forks N children
  - each child reads a byte from the file checks that the byte is 'a' then exits
* Parent waits the all the children
* Parent checks that the end of file is reached
2. Same changes are applied to fork08, and use file descriptors instead of the FILE.

Rewrite fork08 to a proper synchronization with the new API.

Fixes: #774
Signed-off-by: Xie Ziyao <xieziyao@huawei.com>

v1->v2:
1. Write a new test as follows,
* Parent writes 1 bytes (for example 'a') to a file in setup()
* Parent opens a file descriptor for reading pointing to that file
* Parent forks a child to close fd
* Parent forks another child to read a byte from the file checks that the byte is 'a' then exits
* Parent waits the all the children
* Parent checks that the end of file is reached
2. Use file descriptors instead of the FILE.

Hi!
Pushed with two minor changes, thanks.

* Added better description to the docparse comment

* Added SAFE_CLOSE() at the end of the run() otherwise the test
  will fail on large enough -i parameter (when it hits ulimit for open
  files)

Hi!
Here as well, pushed with minor changes, thanks.

* Updated the coment to explicitly state that close() does not affect
  the fd in parent

* Added SAFE_CLOSE() to the second child as well
