We manually install pkg-config files from
$(@D)/gpu-core/usr/lib/pkgconfig to the STAGING_DIR right after
copying the entire $(@D)/gpu-core/usr/* files to STAGING_DIR. This
makes the manual copying of pkg-config files pretty useless.
