[Buildroot] [PATCH 1/1] package/nginx-dav-ext: needs libxslt

Build is broken since bump to version 3.0.0 in commit
45524f10cd84855868c9be3901c2bd6ea1c9f079 because libxslt is needed
instead of expat since
