Add devicetrees for E70K02 based ebook readers. 
Name on mainboard is: 37NB-E70K0M+6A3
Serials start with: E70K02 (a number also seen in vendor kernel
sources).

These boards are found in the Kobo Libra H2O with an i.MX6SLL and
in the Tolino Vision 5 with an i.MX6SL.

Work is based on code from the vendor kernel at
https://github.com/kobolabs/Kobo-Reader/blob/master/hw/imx6sll-librah2o/kernel.tar.bz2
but things need to be heavily reworked due to
incompatible bindings

The Netronix board E70K02 can be found some several Ebook-Readers,
at least the Kobo Libra H2O and the Tolino Vision 5. The board
is equipped with different SoCs requiring different pinmuxes.

    For now the following peripherals are included:
    - LED
    - Power Key
    - Cover (gpio via hall sensor)
    - RC5T619 PMIC
    - Backlight via lm3630a
    - Wifi sdio chip detection (mmc-powerseq and stuff)

    It is based on vendor kernel but heavily reworked due to many
    changed bindings.

Known limitations: cold colored backlight does not work due to
incompatible hard coded overvoltage setting in the driver.

This adds a devicetree for the Kobo Libra H2O Ebook reader. It is based on

This adds a devicetree for the Tolino Vision 5 Ebook reader. It is

dtbs_check reports a lot of errors originating from imx6sll.dtsi and
friends. But nothing added by me. But yes, node names should use
hyphens, that is documented. I will fix that.

But having -grp at the end for these things with a frequency in the
name is uncommon.

I was fixing primarily arm64 boards and did not touch that many of armv7:

I will send a v2 with the 100mhz style used there. I will not clean up
dtbs_check issues originating from imx6sl[l].dtsi in this series. That
would be an issue for a separate series.
