Use dma_map_single() instead of pci_map_single(),
because the pci function wrappers are not called here.

Use dma_alloc_coherent() instead of pci_alloc_consistent(),
because only dma_alloc_coherent() is called here.

Use dma_xxx_xxx() instead of pci_xxx_xxx(),
because the pci function wrappers are not called here.
