This requires control UFS IP sharability register via syscon and regmap. The offset of the register can be different according to the ufs instance and SoC specific offset value. So, we need to get the offset value from DT property. Unlike exynos7, it has different m-phy setting so it can be configured by exynosauto_ufs_pre_link.
