Previously with --disable-metadata output didn't mention that metadata
are disabled and printed config which was not used. Now:

$ ./configure --disable-metadata
...
METADATA
metadata disabled

$ ./configure
...
METADATA
metadata generator: asciidoctor
HTML metadata: yes
PDF metadata: no
