4. Terms and conditions for deals and payments: 

Up on the confirmation by our co. concerning the price quotations (in the unit of Euro) of your co, a contract will be signed on the processing and making a deposit up to 30% (T/T) of the amount of the total price. The remaining 70% will be paid by way of the issue of the sight T/T, or the accounts can be settled prior to each delivery. 

5. Kindly be informed Products packaging and other terms and conditions .It is anticipated that you inform us the FOB prices immediately, the production time period as soon as you receive and read the message, and you are expected to calculated the prices in terms of Euro so that we can proceed to the discussions on the details for futher cooperation between us.
