From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Jan Kiszka Date: Fri, 27 Feb 2015 14:28:10 +0100 Subject: [U-Boot] [PATCH v4 11/14] tegra124: Add PSCI support for Tegra124 In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <29066012c3d898120606b3cd5c85654126de170d.1425043693.git.jan.kiszka@siemens.com> List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: u-boot@lists.denx.de This is based on Thierry Reding's work and uses Ian Campell's preparatory patches. It comes with full support for CPU_ON/OFF PSCI services. The algorithm used in this version for turning CPUs on and off was proposed by Peter De Schrijver and Thierry Reding in http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.boot-loaders.u-boot/210881. It consists of first enabling CPU1..3 via the PMC, just to powergate them again with the help of the Flow Controller. Once the Flow Controller is in place, we can leave the PMC alone while processing CPU_ON and CPU_OFF PSCI requests.
