That error message means, a tree node is pointing to a location which is
not aligned to sectorsize (the minimal unit of btrfs read/write).

But there are several problems:

- The bytenr 12567101254720864896, is aligned to 4096
   A quick python run shows:
   >>> 12567101254720864896 / 4096.0
   3068139954765836.0

   So I don't know why kernel would even output it.

- No extra context on the corrupted node.
   Mind to dump the tree block?

   # btrfs ins dump-tree -b 13404298215424 <dev>

   This should provide enough info on that.

- Extra btrfs check run on the array?
   Better to use the latest btrfs-progs to provide more comprehensive
   result.

Thanks,
Qu
