The router is now displaying the MCS number. I have my transmission rate set to auto, My other options are MCS15-130(270), MCS14-117(243) etc. The router is displays 130 or 117 usually. So the only issue is why it displays the 11g but I am not worried about that. However, I will still use iperf to check what is actually going on. Brian
