Hello,
which CAN FD interfaces with USB to PC connection are currently supported by SocketCAN?
I can see that Peak is very active.
How about IXXAT, Kvaser and Vector?
At least receiving classic CAN, and CANFD non-ISO should work.

Peak support has just been added, it will probably hit mainline in v3.20.
Feel free to post patches to support new devices. :)

I think it could be possible to compile it for older kernel, like 3.16.
What do you think?
Heinz

Yes.
Since 3.15 the CAN driver infrastructure is CAN FD capable (e.g. 2nd bitrate).
See CAN-CiA Newsletter :-)
The NON-ISO announcement will hopefully go into 3.18 stable, as the M_CAN
driver emerged there.
Regards,
Oliver
