Subject: + test_hexdump-rename-to-test_hexdump.patch added to -mm tree
Date: Wed, 09 Dec 2015 16:26:22 -0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <5668c6ae.CrZX50XFs0hhXtyK%akpm@linux-foundation.org> (raw)

The patch titled
     Subject: test_hexdump: rename to test_hexdump
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     test_hexdump-rename-to-test_hexdump.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/test_hexdump-rename-to-test_hexdump.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/test_hexdump-rename-to-test_hexdump.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

*** Remember to use Documentation/SubmitChecklist when testing your code ***

The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated
there every 3-4 working days

From: Andy Shevchenko <andriy.shevchenko@linux.intel.com>
Subject: test_hexdump: rename to test_hexdump

The test suite currently doesn't cover many corner cases when
hex_dump_to_buffer() runs into overflow. Refactor and amend test suite to
cover most of the cases.

This patch (of 9):

Just to follow the scheme that most of the test modules are using.

There is no fuctional change.
