Looks like your modem has a newer / different firmware.  in 
plugins/huawei.c, line:
                 gc = ofono_gprs_context_create(modem, 0,
                                                 "atmodem", data->modem);

Can you try changing "atmodem" to "huaweimodem" and see if it works 
after that?
