There was some discussion on IRC.  `xrstror` was repeatedly taking the
same fault; i.e. the fixup code wasn't fixing up suitably.

As a first candidate, I expect 83ae0bb2 is a likely candidate. 
Harmandeep is using a Skylake processor.
