We can remove "hisilicon,hip05-pcie"/"hisilicon,hip06-pcie" related codes.
Currently we use "hisilicon,hip0x-pcie-ecam" codes as driver in device tree,
and use hisi_pcie_ops as a quirk in ACPI PCI.
