I tried Mutt and git send-email but the problem is that they use SMTP and I'm behind a HTTP proxy. I tried tunneling SMTP traffic through the HTTP proxy by using proxytunnel but that's not working. I'm not sure if I did it the right way but I followed this blog post . Can you suggest some other way of submitting patches or maybe a mailer which can work behind an HTTP proxy? The eligibility seems to be the same as in round 11:

Currently, internships are open internationally to women (cis and trans= ),
trans men, and genderqueer people. Additionally, they are open to
residents and nationals of the United States of any gender who are
Black/African American, Hispanic/Latin@, American Indian, Alaska Native= ,
Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
