Which asserts fails in promotion with the guc? igt_assert_eq_u32(ptr[0], ctx[HI]->id) or, igt_assert_eq_u32(ptr[0], ctx[NOISE]->id); ? First one is AFAICS not questionable. It checks the reader which was submitted second ran after the writer which was submitted first. Second assert looks questionable to me. It checks that "noise" (lowest priority) ran last. But "noise" is not in a data dependency chain with "hi" and "lo" and their shared object. Is someone able to explain why "noise" wouldn't be allowed to run first? Regards, Tvrtko
