Well, if you look at the majority of patches these days that are sent to this list they mostly deal with modern sparc64 hardware and many of them written by developers who are paid for this work. So, I think there is definitely more a focus on modern hardware which is not surprising. You don't see many patches for old x86 hardware in the kernel either. Adrian -- .''`.
