FYI, not urgent of course, but it appears Jenkins is still posting a status message on patches with RFC in the comment which is intended to avoid running CI on the patch and, at least on the Chandler CI, results in no GH updates on the patch once pushed. With Jenkins we get a failure status message with a bogus link to failure logs.
