This patch landed recently in linux-next as commit 60f3692b5f0b 
("cpuidle: qcom_spm: Detach state machine from main SPM handling"). It 
looks that it was not tested on non-qcom boards, because it 
unconditionally registers 'qcom-spm-cpuidle' on all boards, what is a 
bit annoying, especially when kernel is compiled from multi_v7_defconfig:
