Thank you.  Sorry for my delay in responding.  Yes, the posted patch will
solve the issue for me.

I was going to look into whether UART_CAP_SLEEP was meaningful without
UART_CAP_EFR because I thought I had read somewhere that it was not.  But I
just haven't managed to make time to do that.
