Here's some info that might help:

1. Rishi tried to get the SF folks to disable the CVS SCM, but it
appears that it didn't get pushed through.
2. You might be trying to pull the from the wrong git branch. Try
something like: git clone
git://ltp.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/ltp/ltp-dev.git next .
