I'm not doing any suspend/resume stuff.

But I did have cpufreq enabled (using default 'performance' governor).
Disabling cpufreq makes udelay() correct. Yay!

In order to try diagnosing the problem I re-enabled cpufreq and booted
with cpufreq.debug=7.
