The usual might_fault() logic? That uses

    defined(CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING) || defined(CONFIG_DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP)

(and "might_sleep()" uses just CONFIG_DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP, maybe that's fine).
