This can be done using the paramiko python module, basically:

            import paramiko
            client = paramiko.SSHClient()
            client.set_missing_host_key_policy(paramiko.AutoAddPolicy())
            client.connect(host, username=user, password=pass)

If you insist on shell commands, you can use the tool 'sshpass' for it.
