This patch series seems to be missing an update for gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad ?

gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad's upgrade was delayed due to the pending gtk3 switch for sato, which has recently happened, so I'd expect that upgrade to come at some point in the near future. See https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9664.
