Oddly there is no additional language in these notices if I'm not mistaken. SGI was known in olden times for adding language excluding patent license grants, implied or otherwise, from the GPLv2 license grant, so I wonder if that's what this is referring to. I sort of hope not, given the statement about the consultation of the FSF, but whatevs. Richard
