It is not intended to be that tag exactly, it is the tip of the 1.22.x branch (and that's what all of them have been throughout the history of the recipes). We can use +git${SRCPV} in the recipe, but honestly, that's not the biggest challenge with the go mod chaos, but I'll add it as part of my next update.
