"target" is the recipe you want to build, just as you would have specified
if you were not using a "mc:multiconfig:" prefix. For examples:

 # build core-image-minimal
 bitbake mc:my-mulitconfig:core-image-minimal

 # build BusyBox
 bitbake mc:my-mulitconfig:busybox
