I'm using Xubuntu 12.10, v4l latest media_build, with Alfa Network AWUS036H (rtl2870) and a Terratec Cinergy HD (rtl2832). These two cards works flawlessly, but not together : I need to manually power off the Alfa Network card in order to get TV image with the Terratec Cinergy HD. If I use kaffeine or me-tv with AWUS036H power on, display is crappy and scan with Terratec is almost impossible. If I power off the AWUS036h usb card, everything with the Cinergy card works as expected. lsusb : [code] Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0ccd:00d3 TerraTec Electronic GmbH Device Descriptor: bLength 18 bDescriptorType 1 bcdUSB 2.00 bDeviceClass 0 (Defined at Interface level) bDeviceSubClass 0 bDeviceProtocol 0 bMaxPacketSize0 64 idVendor 0x0ccd TerraTec Electronic GmbH idProduct 0x00d3 bcdDevice 1.00 iManufacturer 1 iProduct 2 iSerial 3 bNumConfigurations 1 Configuration Descriptor: bLength 9 bDescriptorType 2 wTotalLength 34 bNumInterfaces 2 bConfigurationValue 1 iConfiguration 4 bmAttributes 0x80 (Bus Powered) MaxPower 500mA Interface Descriptor: bLength 9 bDescriptorType 4 bInterfaceNumber 0 bAlternateSetting 0 bNumEndpoints 1 bInterfaceClass 255 Vendor Specific Class bInterfaceSubClass 255 Vendor Specific Subclass bInterfaceProtocol 255 Vendor Specific Protocol iInterface 5 Endpoint Descriptor: bLength 7 bDescriptorType 5 bEndpointAddress 0x81 EP 1 IN bmAttributes 2 Transfer Type Bulk Synch Type None Usage Type Data wMaxPacketSize 0x0200 1x 512 bytes bInterval 0 Interface Descriptor: bLength 9 bDescriptorType 4 bInterfaceNumber 1 bAlternateSetting 0 bNumEndpoints 0 bInterfaceClass 255 Vendor Specific Class bInterfaceSubClass 255 Vendor Specific Subclass bInterfaceProtocol 255 Vendor Specific Protocol iInterface 5 Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0bda:8187 Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
