Subject: Mirror in GitLab

Hi all,

I was playing around testing GitLab's "external CI" (i.e. from GitHub
in our case) features, and I took the chance to setup a mirror there
in the same group/namespace:

    https://gitlab.com/Rust-for-Linux/linux

This is useful to have a bit of redundancy and for folks that may want
to fork there and/or use GitLab APIs. It is also nice to get some
extra features, e.g. analytics at
https://gitlab.com/Rust-for-Linux/linux/-/graphs/rust/charts.
Hopefully we will see Rust show up in the graph there soon ;-)

Cheers,
Miguel
