Please re-queue commit 633ee407b9d1 ("libceph: force GFP_NOIO for
socket allocations") for 3.10+, as noted in the changelog.  Greg
dropped it from his 4.4, 4.9 and 4.10 queues at Michal's request
a couple of days ago, but we've smoothed it out:

This patch needs a trivial linux/sched/mm.h -> linux/sched.h include
fixup.
