The memory could be ballooned = down anyway! Is that the case? I want to keep the balloon feature for now, because there is only two = gigs of RAM on this computer... My understanding of this parameter, is that it sets the starting = amount of=20 memory, and the maximum authorized.  The memory could be ballooned = down=20 anyway!  Is that the case?
