That won't work easily with the existing PLL configuration code, and I'm
afraid I don't have enough information about the hardware to fix it.

HTS and VTS should be configurable by userspace, and so should the link
frequency (and possibly even the input clock frequency, indirectly at
least).

I however don't have enough documentation to implement this. I've
reworked this driver from a BSP kernel, with access to some
documentation, but the constraints on HTS and VTS are not documented.
The above TODO comment explains part of the issue. This is the best I
can do for new I believe.
