Hi Fabia,

5.4.3 also doesn't work:

[ 2.847793] [drm] Supports vblank timestamp caching Rev 2 (21.10.2013).
[ 2.854549] [drm] No driver support for vblank timestamp query.
[ 2.910683] imx-drm display-subsystem: bound imx-ipuv3-crtc.2 (ops imx_drm_exit [imxdrm])
[ 2.939490] imx-drm display-subsystem: bound imx-ipuv3-crtc.3 (ops imx_drm_exit [imxdrm])
[ 2.950857] imx-drm display-subsystem: failed to bind disp0 (ops imx_pd_ops [parallel_display]): -517
[ 2.964169] imx-drm display-subsystem: master bind failed: -517

In the devicetree I use "fsl,imx-display-subsystem", "fsl,imx-parallel-display" and "panel-lvds" as drivers for our display; these settings work (without problems) on 4.19 and up to 5.0.21, but starting from 5.1.0 I get the error above.

Cheers,
 Stefan

Actually, it works until Kernel 5.0.21, but with anything higher there seems to be a problem with the imx-drm driver not being able to bind disp0 (with error: -517).

Could you try 5.4.3?
