I'll return "false" here for now after learning that e.g., FreeBSD never 
implemented the flag and removed it a while ago
	https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/issues/17

So I'll unlock it only for Linux - which makes sense, because I only 
test there (and only care about Linux with MAP_NORESERVE)
