A webgl page freezes entire desktop, with no way to gracefully recover. Just
open this link in chromium (with webgl enabled):

RX480 + Mesa git + LLVM 7.0 + linux 4.17, but other users report same happens
with stable software versions

I can second this with

RX580 + Mesa git + LLVM 7.0 git + amd-staging-drm-next

The gfx fans spin up (big load on it) but no logs so far.
