Flickering in blender

I am an arch, using non composited xorg on kernel 5.1.5 with the kms ddx.
Severe flickering occures in QWebengine, browsers paritcularly on youtube, and
in blender (see video), but also to a lesser degree in other opengl apps.

This occures with mesa 19.0.5 and disappears if mesa is downgraded to 19.0.3.

Almost same problem here. Drop in terimnal of visual studio code is failed to
be rendered. I can confirm the problem disappears if mesa downgrade to 19.0.4.
