still an issue in 4.19.15 4.20.2 5.0-rc1 (I didn't check intermediate versions
since comment 21 above https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=200695#c21 )
[drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes
followed by screen going blank, monitor turning off, no display detected
